Use your company's official purchase order form or company letterhead to submit the order.

Please include the following

The Product name, ID number. For 5Spice, the name is 5Spice Analysis and the ID is #176152.

The requested quantity of licenses.

The name the software will be licensed to. This is usually your company name or the name of the division of the company. You may want to add the name of the department: company name - department.

Your company's billing address.

Name, phone and fax number of the contact person for your order.

The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different.

The name and e-mail address of the person you would like to have the registration code e-mailed to. The person using the software needs the code to unlock their software.

The requested billing currency. choices are listed below.

Please include the 5Spice Install Code for each program installation you are licensing/registering. Registration codes to unlock the program  cannot be created without this information. If licensing 5 or more copies, you do not need to include the Install Codes with the order. Andresen Software will e-mail the person you named to receive the Registration code and ask them for the codes.
