Obtaining a formal invoice while ordering on-line

if paying by credit card

You can download a formal invoice immediately after you place the order or wait for the order confirmation email.

To download
After placing the order, the order confirmation page appears. The order confirmation page shows a printer icon and the words "Print  invoice". Click the icon to download a .PDF file of your formal invoice. You can open the file with Adobe Acrobat and print it.

The order confirmation email contains a .PDF copy of the formal invoice.

if paying by check or bank/wire transfer

You can download a formal order confirmation immediately after you place the  order. This confirmation looks exactly like a formal invoice except the words "order confirmation" are used instead of "invoice".

payment information

If paying by check or wire transfer, the order confirmation page has the necessary  information about submitting payment. This information is also in the confirmation email.
