Obtaining a formal invoice while ordering on-line
if paying by credit card
You can download a formal invoice immediately after you place the order.
To download
After placing
the order, the order confirmation page appears. The order
confirmation page shows a printer icon and the words "Print
invoice". Click the icon to download a .PDF file of your formal
invoice. You can open the file with Adobe Acrobat and print it.
The order confirmation email contains a .PDF copy of the formal invoice.
if paying by check or bank/wire transfer
You can download a formal order confirmation immediately after you place the order. This confirmation looks exactly like a formal invoice except the words "order confirmation" are used instead of "invoice".
